Physical-Learn to stand balanced, learning about structure and cog/log/bos principles. Defend yourself with empty hands and learn weapon defence. Weapons are also taught like dragon pole for example.

Go through gradings for a coloured sash ($45), and then onto black sashes.

Science based self defence, use your structure and focus to overcome your opponent.

Learn: block/attack at the same time-low height kicking, all blocks redirect force. Use common objects like keys, pens, water bottles and other objects to defend yourself with situation awareness training.

Internal-Focus force exercises using your eyes to transfer your force. I have five stages of eye transfer.

To focus your mind learn meditation and energy training to add to your techniques.
